Peggy's Handmade Chocolates is in a converted motor home and is licensed through the state of Washington Department of Agriculture as a processing facility. The facility must be moved from current location as soon as sale is final. PHC was designed as a supplemental business rather than a living wage, but it has potential for growth in many areas.

This would be a transitional sale where the right person could continue where I am now and I would slowly transition out. This would keep the business going at its current level while the new owner learned the business, and the business would not falter with the change in ownership.
